1. Program Eligibility. The AskYosef Affiliate Program is open to individuals and entities with an established online presence relevant to spirituality, astrology, numerology, dream interpretation, or personal development. Applications are reviewed at our sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure. Affiliates earn 20% revenue share on payments made by referred users (0–49 active referrals). Affiliates with 50+ active referrals earn 35% revenue share. "Active referral" means a user who has made at least one payment. Commission rates may be adjusted with 30 days notice.
3. Attribution. Attribution is first-touch and lifetime. The first affiliate link clicked by a user determines attribution permanently. A user can only be attributed to one affiliate account.
4. Holdback Period. All commissions are subject to a 30-day holdback period from the date of the qualifying payment. Commissions may be reversed if the underlying payment is refunded or charged back within this period.
5. Prohibited Activities. Self-referrals, household referrals, fake signups, click farm traffic, misleading advertising, brand-bidding on paid search (without written approval), and any form of fraud are strictly prohibited. Violations result in immediate termination and forfeiture of earned commissions.
6. Payouts. Minimum payout threshold is $50 USD. Payouts are processed monthly. AskYosef reserves the right to withhold payment pending fraud investigation.
7. Termination. Either party may terminate the affiliate relationship with 7 days written notice. AskYosef may terminate immediately for Terms violations. Confirmed commissions earned prior to termination will be paid after any applicable holdback period.
8. Governing Law. These terms are governed by applicable law. Disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before any formal proceedings.
